Job Descriptions : • Manage and maintain quality of customer database, including member records and CRM reporting needs • Creating, maintaining, follow-ups on campaigns. Right from communication up to measuring success of campaign • Support internal marketing & branding divisions for new or seasonal product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns • Work with IT and Operations department to drive specific CRM projects • Undertakes other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior/managementJob Requirements
Requirements: • Degree/ Diploma in Mass Communications, Advertising or Marketing Management • At least 1- 2 years working experience • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) applications is essential.
