Chef Job Description:- 1) Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations. 2) Liaising with the relevant companies for food orders. 3) Creating new dishes and menus. 4) Maintaining/raising the food’s profit margins for your employer. 5) Monitoring and controlling stock levels. 6) Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed. 7) Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen. 8) Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget. 9) Taking care of the kitchen’s accounts and creating a work roster. 10)Be able to cook Thai cuisine. Waiter Job Description:- 1) Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction. 2) Greet customers and present menu. 3) Make recommendations or share additional information upon request. 4) Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products. 5) Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy. 6) Check products for quality and correct any problems that keep them from enjoying their meal/drink. 7) Deliver checks and collect payments. 8) Cooperate with all serving and kitchen staff. 9) Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.Job Requirements
The chef must be able to cook Thai cuisine with at least 2 years experience ( Salary is negotiable). As for waiters, we are looking for fresh graduate and non-graduate who are keen to work in the F&B industry.Additional Info
