Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Liase with existing and prospective tenants of Menara AIMS, real estate agents, consultants, local city council, utilities & legal advisers regarding existing and potential AIMS Data Centre sites. 2. Deal with general property enquiries. 3. Coordinate with Menara AIMS tenants and internal stakeholders on: a) Safety, security and preventive and corrective maintenance programs undertaken by AIMS. b) Facility maintenance issues and third party contractor works to ensure minimum risk to Data Centre operations within Menara AIMS. 4. Attend to complaints and feedback from tenants and internal stakeholders. 5. Investigate and report tenancy infringements by Menara AIMS tenants including managing any arrears. 6. Manage all property and tenancy agreements. 7. Assist AIMS / GT Office Management / Procurement function when necessary. 8. From time to time, may take on ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements

1. Prior exposure and/or qualifications in the real estate and/or property functions. 2. Proficient in English. 3. Excellent interpersonal skills. 4. Strong written and communication skills. 5. High standard of work, accurate record keeping and attention to detail.
