Job Description

All those who wants to include social media into their career, raise your hand! Add some zest into your customer service career by reaching out to customers not just on calls and emails, but on our social media platform as well. The Work Life: • Generating and sharing content daily that builds meaningful connections. • Keep customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them. • Setting up and optimizing company pages within social media platform. • Provide first level technical support using documented procedures and available tools. • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails and other relevant administrative tasks effectively and efficiently. • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy and community guideline.

Job Requirements

All you need: • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels. • Happy to work in shifts (the contact centre does not sleep!). • Have worked with social media or as a digital media specialist. • Friendly communicator both orally and in writing (multilingualism will be a plus point!).
