Job Description
Your job scopes include: -Sourcing for products -Forecast and plan for purchases -Organize New product development -Monitoring of Stock level -Monitoring of Cost of Goods, Cost Control, Inventory management -Monitor and evaluate business partners and suppliers’ performance as well as to maintain and build good relationship with the suppliers -Review Purchase Requisition and determine proper purchasing method in compliance with company’s policies and procedures -Review and ensure all invoices match the purchase order and delivery order -Responsible for reviewing purchasing contract and agreement, negotiate with suppliers to achieve Cost Efficiency -Manage On-time Delivery -Pro-actively involve in alternative material sourcing plans -Constantly review and enhance purchasing Policy & Procedures and ensure in the adhere to the purchasing policies and procedures -Work closely with Internal department and External parties to achieve optimum level -Execute and support purchasing activities to ensure smooth operation -Responsible in daily purchasing Administrative function and support -Prepare Monthly,Quarterly and Yearly Purchasing & Costing Report for Management -Updating on Cost Price and perform Price Analysis -Implementing Cost Reduction programs -Liaise with Accounts Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices -Undertake special assignments, Ad hoc function and any other related duties as and when requiredJob Requirements
Our requirements for the right candidate: -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Economics, Food & Beverage Services Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent. -Required skill(s): sourcing, Management. -Required language(s): English -At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Applicants must be willing to work in Sri Hartamas. -Posses own transport -Preferably Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. -Full-Time position(s) available.Company Benefits
