Job Description
This job is all about the preparation and serving side of the industry. We have designed a 1 week training program which will teach you how to prepare and serve poke bowls & poke wraps. Each employee will work in a shift basis which requires you to learn how to not just prepare and serve food but also man the cashier. We plan to launch around the 23rd of January 2017 as our shop will be going through renovations in December 2016 and be ready by January 2017. We will also be subsidizing employees during training such as transportation cost to the shop.Job Requirements
No prior knowledge in the F&B industry is required. But for those who do have prior knowledge are welcomed as well. We require dedication, hard work and passion to learn via our training program. Our training program will teach you how to prepare, store and cut ingredients such as raw salmon, raw tuna, tomatoes, cucumbers, and etc. The only cooking that is required is to cook rice. Not only does our shop make poke bowls but also poke wraps which would mean we are also teaching you how to make wraps similar to how Japanese restaurants make sushi roll (maki).Additional Info
