Job Description
Our development team combines technical skills with a comprehensive understanding of the business problems of our clients. They assist in delivering a better quality product be it web or mobile to the customer, making us stand out in the marketplace. Job Responsibilities: • Develop UI components for custom made web and mobile applications. • Design and implement overall applications layout with emphasis on the flow of content and functionalities through wireframes, mock-ups and HTML prototypes. • Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to ensure market attractive products are designed and delivered. • Initiating UI/UX improvement efforts backed by UX analysis. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Conducting UX measurement, usability test and user research as needed. • Test, troubleshoot and implement necessary fixes and modifications. • Research and propose new UI development frameworks on a regular basis to ensure market attractive products. • Establish, apply and improve UI/UX standard and best practices. • Take ownership to conduct / lead discussions with team members on UI/UX related topics. • Stays up-to-date with developing trends in UI/UX and educates team members of such developments.Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess a Diploma or higher in Web Design or equivalent accreditation. • Proficient knowledge in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JSON and REST API. • Proficient knowledge in Graphic Design software for use in Web graphics creation. • Experience in Web App and Mobile App Layout Design with proficient understanding of cross-browser and device compatibility issues. • Experience in Programming Languages (PHP, Swift, Java), Database (mySQL, MongoDB), Version Control (Git) and JavaScript technologies like JQuery, Angular JS, Ionic View and other relevant frameworks e.g. Bootstrap are added advantage. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing, designing and delivering UI applications. • We are also open to fresh graduates that have the above competencies.Company Benefits
