About The Job

You will work closely with the local team as well as the Customer Success team in Singapore to assist our rapidly growing customer base with training, deployment and adoption; guiding our F&B merchants on how to navigate the Oddle solution as well as educating them on best practices. If you are passionate about human relationships and feel rewarded by helping others achieve success, we would love to hear from you! Here is what your role entails:
1. As the product expert of Oddle, you will educate the local team as well our merchants on latest system updates, new key features and answer any other questions on the product. You will also contribute to our online Help Centre page by creating useful videos and articles as well as provide a product training to all new Oddle employees.
2. You will ensure our merchants derive the best value from the Oddle system by tracking and analysing their usage of the Oddle system and provide guidance to merchants when required. You will also identify potential business opportunities and make recommendations of best practices in the online F&B industry to merchants.
3. You will engage our merchants at various stages of their life cycles via various channels like automated e-mail drip campaigns, telephone, e-mail and / or meetings and prepare internal reports with key metrics of customer success. You will also work closely with the sales team, providing them the support and reports to pursue merchant renewals.

Since our inception into the Malaysian market in October 2015, we've woken up at 4am to launch a new version of our product, built furniture together, hosted other local startups in a fireside chat, huddled together for warmth on a chilly work away in Genting Highlands, gobbled up delicious food from our extremely generous merchants, attempted to dress up for Halloween, amongst a host of other things. About Oddle

Oddle is a startup that empowers F&B operators with a smart online ordering system to grow their delivery and takeaway orders. Since launching in Singapore in March 2014, our solution today is used by over 1,000 brands and outlets across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia; and facilitated over US $6.1 million worth of transactions.
