About The Job

We are looking for talented individuals who are excited to leverage on technology to change the F&B world, who are able to quickly identify the pains and gaps that Oddle can fill, and empower merchants with our system to help grow their non dine-in business. We seek those who are able to develop good rapport with people around them and who thrive in environments where new connections are made daily. What a typical day for you would look like:
1. Generate and qualify leads across but not limited to social media platforms, food blogs and other relevant apps
2. Secure face-to-face appointments with merchants via cold-calls, WhatsApp, Facebook message and / or any other effective means of communication
3. Consult merchants, address their pains and challenges and show them how Oddle can bring value
4. Maintain and update our sales CRM Pipedrive
5. Onboard new merchants by helping build up merchant menus and providing product training
5. Identify industry trends and make recommendations for accelerated growth

Your Requirements

1. 1-2 years sales experience
2. Outgoing with strong listening and communication skills
3. Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressure
4. Multilingual a plus (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Tamil etc.)

1. Possess own transport
2. Be of Malaysian nationality

Since our inception into the Malaysian market in October 2015, we've woken up at 4am to launch a new version of our product, built furniture together, hosted other local startups in a fireside chat, huddled together for warmth on a chilly work away in Genting Highlands, gobbled up delicious food from our extremely generous merchants, attempted to dress up for Halloween, amongst a host of other things. About Oddle

Oddle is a startup that empowers F&B operators with a smart online ordering system to grow their delivery and takeaway orders. Since launching in Singapore in March 2014, our solution today is used by over 1,000 brands and outlets across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia; and facilitated over US $6.1 million worth of transactions. In the extremely short time we have been in Malaysia, we have helped over 100 F&B merchants across Klang Valley, Johor and Penang launch their online ordering platforms including Wendy's, Sakae Sushi, Xroads Xpress by Concorde Hotel, Goodness Green by La Juiceria, Tino's Pizza by Chatime, Inside Scoop and many more. Oddle is also winner of the Best Innovative Start-Up Award at the SiTF Awards 2016.
