Job Description
What you’ll do • Lead content creation and management of Klook’s local social media handles to garner a strong and engaging presence online in Malaysia. • Craft copy for content on a daily basis that’s engaging, relevant and connects consumers with the brand and travel inspiration on social media. • Create weekly social media program status reports detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes and growth metrics (revenue, user acquisition, reach, engagement). • Run campaigns and promotions driven by the regional team for Malaysia. • Assume responsibility on interactions across all relevant social and digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Forums, Blogs) and identify opportunities of engagement with the target audience to value add the user experience. • Identifying and reporting on the latest social media trends and opportunities for growth. • Social media monitoring around brand sentiment and reputation. • Identify and maintain solid relationships with new media, key influencers and content creators in the digital space. Bonus • Video editing for social clips. • Capture and produce content on ground for select events • Curate and create Klook’s SEA e-newsletter stories with recommended content or offers. • Social media ad buying & optimization.Job Requirements
What you’ll need: • 1-2 years’ hands on experience in social media and/or content marketing preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication. • Good grasp of social media platforms (namely Instagram and Facebook) including the use of business tools like Business Manager and Power Editor • Basic knowledge of Photoshop and video editing skills.Company Benefits
