Job Description
You will be fully responsible for all areas of this ongoing initiative, including hiring and training of promoters, establishing / improving processes, scheduling of promoter deployment, tracking, reporting and more.

- Run FAVE's promoter activation project from end-to-end as efficiently as possible.
- Interview, hire and train offline promoters to demonstrate and sell Fave Save.
- Oversee a team of promoters, from scheduling and deployment, to reporting and compensation.
- Develop and update training materials for promoters.
- Identify pain points of promoters and / or merchants, troubleshoot and improve accordingly.
- Assist / take ownership of other offline / marketing related tasks when necessary.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Up to 5 years of experience in offline promoter activation / events.
- Event agency / promoter agency / promoter experience come at a bonus.
- Passionate, gritty and eager to learn with a can-do attitude.
- Able to move around and willing to be very hands on.
- Highly collaborative, able to work with different stakeholders.
- Engaging / commanding personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
