Job Description

  • Maintaining accounts in AR/AP
  • Preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes.
  • Liaise with customers on billing issues.
  • Input invoices from suppliers into accounts program.
  • Liaise with suppliers on discrepancies in invoices.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required. 

Job Requirements

  1. Experience in an accounts position. 
  2. Diploma/Certificate in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  3. Attention to detail and have good work attitude. 
  4. Move fast and always eager to learn more. 
  5. Good personality and always willing to offer a helping hand to others.
