As the HR Coordinator / Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for the following:

As the HR Coordinator / Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for the following:
- Main responsibility will be finding strong candidates for open positions in the company
- End-to-end process of sourcing and hiring for the whole ZEN Rooms operations
- Analyse employment contracts and see what can be improved
- Attend to employees' HR-related issues and concerns
- Manage on-boarding of new hires
Job Requirements
- +/- 3 years experience in headhunting/recruiting preferred
- Able to work independently or with minimum supervision
- Has a hand-on and can-do attitude
- Knowledge in HR preferred
