Job Description

• Actively source for relevant leads and successfully convert them into long term partners
• Provide consultancy sales to potential partners to ensure effective partnerships 
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and new partners; ensure any issues are resolved
• Prepare strategy, presentations and pitch to potential clients
• Oversee onboarding of new partners by coordinating with relevant departments
• Grow and maintain ZEN Rooms franchise brands by identifying opportunities for hotels, analyze the hotel’s potential for growth and manage relationship with hotels’ key personnel
• Communicate professionally to internal and external stakeholders to position ZEN Rooms as the hotels’ strategic partner to translate business opportunities into compelling business stories
• Be based in Langkawi but also handle Ipoh and Penang 

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in business development, negotiation and sales
• Independent, highly motivated and hungry for growth
• Analytical but with excellent people and presentation skills
• Proactive in taking up tasks and making sure they are done effectively
• Open to take on responsibility and work under pressure
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints
• Ready to experience the pace and fast growth of an eCommerce startup
• Driven by desire to achieve business goals to contribute to the company’s growth in the region
• Required languages spoken: English, Chinese, Kedah Malay
• Can start as soon as possible 
• Based in Langkawi
