Job Description
ZEN Rooms offer exceptional opportunities to advance and learn alongside accomplished business leaders.
- Grow and maintain ZEN Rooms franchise brand by identifying opportunities for hotels, analyse the hotel’s potential for growth and manage relationship with hotels’ key personnel.
- Responsible for lead generation, acquisition, and integration of all new hotel partners in ZEN Rooms Malaysia.
- Lead the launch of new cities across Malaysia.
- Work with Head of Business Development to drive and implement a business development strategy and process.
- Communicate professionally to internal and external stakeholders to position ZEN Rooms as the hotels’ strategic partner to translate business opportunities into compelling business stories.
Job Requirements
- Very strong academic credentials (coming from Top University)
- Outstanding analytical, interpersonal and sales skills
- Able to work in fast-paced result-oriented environment with challenging targets to be reached
- Shows grit, resourceful, and motivated
- Confident to pitch and manage partnerships successfully.
- Driven by desire to achieve business goals to contribute to the company’s growth in the Malaysia
- Independent and people oriented to ensure duties are done with minimal supervision.
- Able to multitask and manage several projects at the same time
- Fluent in English. Spoken skills in Malay and Chinese are a plus though not mandatory
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as sales and/or contracting in Online Hospitality Industry or as Business Development in similar business.
