Job Description

• Develop sound strategies, standards and best practices for setting-up and scaling our paid search channels
• Identify improvement opportunities in SEM growth and efficiency, e.g. account build-out, audience targeting through performing tests, aligning with other relevant channel owners, e.g. SEO, and detailing out needs for additional tools
• Manage the execution of campaign implementations and optimizations
• Continuously optimize SEM campaigns through performance management, keyword analysis, ad copy testing initiatives, etc.

• Manage reports for campaigns and web pages
• Ensure timely and effective delivery, open and click-through rates of email communications
• Plan and set up multiple nurture streams and automated set-up to optimize the customer’s journey map

• Translating copy from English to either Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese
• Understand Yojee’s target client profile
• Provide analysis and reports to Home Office and senior management.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in devising and executing campaigns in Google Ads
• Experience in Paid Social, and Email Marketing campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Desire to grow within the company and the role
• Familiar with SEO, SEM, Display, Affiliate, Programmatic advertising, Social Media and Email Marketing

• Fluent in English and one other regional language
• Degree from an accredited university.  
• Experience in working with sales teams
• Have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
