Job Description

• To develop new customers and sales channel for continuous growth
• To remain updated on current industry trend, market activities, competition and outlook
  Manage existing customers and maintain a high level of sales achievement
  Develop and follow up on all sales lead to achieve sales target  / quotas
  Attend to inquiries, recommend solutions and provide support to customers as and when required
  Meet and present ideas to potential clients and meet their requirements
  Gaining a clear understanding on customers' business and requirement
  To achieve monthly sales target
  Maintain and further develop market share in the industry
  Frequently feedback and report to immediate superior for market trend and marketing strategies  
  To chase leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales

Job Requirements

1. 1-3 years sales experience with market understanding  and relevant experience in construction industry
2. Independent, customer focused, good interpersonal skills , results driven and able to work with minimum supervision and with strong sense of responsibility
3. Possess own transport and willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia
4. Good communications skills with adaptability to different situations and client
5. Capable to flourish in a competitive environment
6. Required language : English Language, Mandarin Language and  Bahasa Malaysia
