Job Description

  • Complete a basic check on all delivery orders and service repair orders 
  • Compile complete documentation of delivery orders and service and repair orders received from the respective departments before processing for invoicing
  • Prepare service invoices daily
  • To understand all Customers' billing requirement, responsible to prepare all necessary supporting documents for invoicing
  • To ensure data and records are kept up to date
  • To handle invoicing billings and other related documents
  • To perform routine general ccounting duties
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by  Supervisor

Job Requirements

  1. Required Language: English Language, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin Language
  2. Good analytical skill, a strong sense of of responsibility , proactive and result
  3. Able to work under pressure
  4. Able to start work immediately
