Job Description
- Identify and prescreen applicants based on assigned job description
- Schedule & facilitate interviews with external client
- Conduct reference checks on shortlisted applicants
- Prepare interview notes & resumes
- Handle recruitment requests from external clients
Job Requirements
- You have at least one (1) year experience in recruitment / hiring
- You are comfortable with making phone calls and meeting people
- You are confident and adept in speaking & writing in English
- You possess clear and strategic thought process and decision making
