Job Description

We are looking for fresh graduates who will be working with our senior consultants to set up and secure meetings with potential CEOs and Directors of companies.

You will spend the majority of your time:
  • Training with the seniors at WOBB to build your sales skills and abilities
  • Prospecting and qualifying potential employers that should be using WOBB
  • Making cold calls and setting up meetings for the seniors consultants 

There are multiple areas in sales that you can explore with WOBB. If you perform well, we will get you into it and eventually find you a role that best suit your skills and interest. 

Job Requirements

This role would be most relevant for Business, Marketing, Management and Human Resources backgrounds. We also welcome applicants from different faculties. 

You must have:
  • a high will and the drive to want to succeed
  • confidence and good discipline in completing your tasks 
  • decent EQ and communication skills, we'll work on developing this with you
