Behind every productive sales team there is a strong customer support team. As a Customer Relationship Intern, you are tasked to ensure the sales process is as smooth as tofu!

You will need to:
  • be good at researching to generate and manage prospecting leads
  • work together as a team to support the sales team requests and optimise the sales process
  • maintain fun and friendly to support customers' inquiries over live chat 
  • possess good communication skills to build great relationship with customers
  • analyse and understand customers' problems and then propose compelling solutions
