A Business Development Executive at WOBB has two purposes: Reach out to as many Small and Medium Enterprise employers and help them realise the importance of culture in the workplace, one small step at a time. Secondly, assist employers to gain access to quality Generation-Y jobseeker's market, and make money while doing it. We are on the road to becoming Asia's most loved job search platform. Job Requirements

We consider a strong sales person to be someone who: 
- is good with people, can hold a conversation with business owners from all backgrounds
- has a clear and strong phone voice 
- is charismatic in person 
- has an indomitable will 
- some B2B sales experience would be an added advantage!
