The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of an excellent Customer Journey', with a clear focus on retention. You will develop and maintain excellent relations with existing customers resulting in increased levels of customer retention. You will deliver performance's that maximise competitive advantage in return achieving business KPIs and objectives. You will work in a challenging, motivational culture and environment, were all team members develop and demonstrate their full potential.

- Develop and implement analytic and insights strategies in relations to customer segmentation, customer retention marketing strategies
- Plan and direct all loyalty programs and CRM strategies as well as to deliver strategic objective of CRM initiatives
- Manage and analyse customers' complaints and feedback them in a professional manner
- Providing customer insights
- Plan and manage the CRM calendar of activities and event
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree of related field
- 2 years working experience
- Good command in English in both written and spoken
- Passionate and energetic individual
- Have the will and determination to help customers on their enquiries.
- Able to handle tough situations and come out with solutions to assist
