Job Description

Our UI/UX Designer will be helping to design and build our many innovative digital marketing solutions; these include public facing websites, web portals, emails, newsletters, reporting dashboards and potentially mobile apps. He or she will work with internal stakeholders, as well as external vendors, to create highly engaging user experiences.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Conduct adjustments based on user feedback

Requirements

A strong online portfolio in both UX planning and UI Design
4+ years of user experience design experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with HTML and motion graphics a plus
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Able to take projects from start to finish while maintaining initiative
A good eye for design and creative execution
Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
A positive attitude and dedicated work ethic
Expert knowledge in graphic production process
Adaptable and quick learner
