About The Job
- Effectively and efficiently create, compile, complete, proofread, revise and type from verbal communication, notes of management meetings, correspondence and documents.
- Receiving and manage telephone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and providing information and other assistance such as our company profile and services.
- Generate quotation and tax invoice for clients
- To assist Community, Marketing and Operations department in administrative and operational functions
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business
- Must be good in English speaking and writing
- Required Skill(s): Administration and Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Words)
- Well organized and detailed oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to details and problem solving skills
