Job Description

• Handling sales order which include processing and following up the order.
• Responsible for any other sales support and administrative functions as and when required.
• Liaise with billing and support team to check on order status closure and report forecast.
• Responsible to attend to sales order follow up and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Must have basic IT knowledge to attend customer enquiries.
• Support marketing team on events/campaign and project development.
• Provide office/administration support
• Able to communicate efficiently in both English & Mandarin

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good in Microsoft Office and well verse in IT knowledge.
• Required language(s), written & spoken : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  Other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
• No work experience required. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Possess good communication skills to liaise with customers and follow-up.
