Job Description

We are looking for engineers who bring fresh ideas from all areas, including API connections, machine learning, security, information retrieval, data processing, UI design and mobile, and the list goes on. As a software engineer, you will be working to grow products with opportunities to switch teams and projects as the business grow and evolve. We need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities, and always enthusiastic to drive the products to new heights as we continue to push technology forward.

Our main stack inhouse is LAMP using Laravel, but we believe in using the best technology for the project in hand, so we are looking for developers who are familiar with other technologies.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software
Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Participate in research projects that goes beyond your main deliverables

Job Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data science, or any similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages
Experience working with two or more of the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, mobile application development, machine learning/artificial intelligence, data science, UI/UX development, UI/UX design, and/or security software development
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
Interest and awareness in programming and technology

Plus’s:

Master’s PhD degree, further education or experience in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data science, or any similar technical field of study
Work experience in e-commerce or advertising related industries
Deep understanding on AWS
Strong understanding on front-end technology, including but not limited to Angular, Vue, jQuery, and especially in UX
Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed
