Job Requirements

• Daily management and upkeep of online site. 
• Monitor the pulse of online campaigns closely with proactive management whilst using key online metrics for ad-hoc improvements and business decisions. 
• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure marketing calendar activities launch seamlessly online whilst maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout. 
• Plan and execute campaigns to drive traffic to site via paid marketing, affiliate marketing, digital strategy and web programming. • Ensure the accuracy and scheduling of EDMs in order to drive healthy traffic to the website and improve conversions. 
• Analyze EDM conversion analytics and customer shopping behavior in support of developing segmented mailers to improve, retain and re-engage consumers. 
• Track, report and analyze data and trends from digital marketing campaigns, EDM, paid advertising and website analytics in order to drive specific ROI. 
• Assist in creating and managing effective digital ads across Facebook, Google and other affiliate channels. 
• Assist in web development projects with Web Developer to optimize technology, features and UX - translating emerging trends to keep site robust and ensure customer’s shopping journey is current and seamless. 

• Experience in online marketing environment, working with performance display, affiliate marketing and social media channels 
• Highly committed with a pro-active, ‘can-do’ attitude 
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 
• Keen eye for detail 
• Developed organisational, planning and problem solving skills 
• Be a team player with an open, honest and straightforward style of communication
