Job Description

• -          To perform all tasks related to General Ledger 
• -          Prepare monthly bank reconciliation 
• -          Preparation of month end journals and closing management reports and ensure it             accuracy 
• -          Manage fixed assets listing 
• -          Analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss on quarterly basis 
• -          Submit SST on timely basis in compliance with SST requirement 
• -          Check the claims submission, calculate sales commission and incentive to sales person 
• -          Involve in yearly stock take exercise and ensure variances are made into the accounting   system 
• -          Review standard and actual costs for inventories 
• -          Prepare all schedules for external audit and tax purposes 
• -          Liaise with external auditor, SST custom officer and tax agent for audit and tax purpose 
  • -      Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance and internal control policies & procedure  Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential 
•  Ensure all the finance record are accurate and timely for end of financial year audit 
•  Comply with general office policies, procedure and all legal requirements 
• -          Ad-hoc duties as duly assigned 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Degree, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent 
•  Required skill(s): Experience Full set of Accounts and Cash book, SAP 
•  Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia 
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
• Strong knowledge in accounting 
•  Full- Time position(s) available 
•  Accountant report to Finance Manager and is responsible for providing efficient,         Accounting, Office and Clerical
