Job Description

• Provide general administrative support

• Preparation of documents (letter writing / forms)

• Organise and maintain file and records

• Manage server filing records

• Assist in HR and Account departments

• Attending to all telephone calls

• Responsible for office related purchasing and/or inventory functions

Job Requirements

• Required skills: Microsoft Word & Excel (Computer literate)

• Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia

• Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.

• No working experience required

• Hardworking and willing to learn

Company Benefits

Company laptop

All employees shall be provided a company laptop for work purposes.

OT Allowance

An employee who works out of office hours will be paid allowances subject to eligibility.

Hospitalization Leave

Sixty (60) days hospitalization leave with full pay per calendar year inclusive of medical leave taken.

Annual Bonus/Increment

Annual bonus or increment quantum shall be based on meritocracy and professional contribution to company.

Medical Leave

Fourteen (14) days medical leave per calendar year on production of medical certificates issued by registered practitioner.

Medical Treatment

Applicable for cost of medical consultation and treatment for sickness of normal nature recommended by the Medical practitioners recognized by MMA.
