Job Description

• Manage all of the brand’s social media platform (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Website)
• Respond and monitor customer inquiries and feedback on these social media platforms
• Create social media engagement 
• Compile content ideas in a monthly calendar and manage revisions
• Propose, schedule and post content on these social media platforms 
• Ensure that content is ahead of schedule and that is it is posted on time
• Work closely with our designers, copy writers and production team to create social media content ie. post, contest, videos
• Continuous research into new, on trend and relevant social media content
• Come up with contest ideas and implement the idea from announcing, handling queries, identifying winners and contacting winners
• Create reports on campaigns to evaluate results and identify opportunities  
• Handle campaigns on social media platforms and monitor real time campaign performance to optimize campaign performance 
• Monitor and react to social media postings based on analytics 
• Assist in events

Job Requirements

• Creative and has an eye for design
• Passion for food styling
• Ability to communicate and connect with all levels from fresh graduates to advanced level
• A strong team player to inculcate a fun learning environment and workplace
• Ability to articulate ideas, discuss options and execute on the agreed objectives
• Outcome orientated
• Excellent English verbal, written & interpersonal skills
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
