Job Description

• Plan and execute various events and functions to meet different objectives and purposes. This includes being involved at every stage of the events from checking and booking venues, to ensuring that all events are organised successfully.
• Coordinate with exhibitors and contractors for set-up
• Meet and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Manage team members on duty during event days.
• Work with designers for suitable floorplans and layout
• Explore partnerships and sponsorships for projects; secure sponsors for various events. This includes researching, approaching and meeting suitable sponsors for different events.
• Make recommendations for budgets and A&P activities for each event
• Providing support with social media posting and monitoring as needed
• Manage user database and implement strategies to increase it
• Ensure events are promoted well and achieve the targeted number of visitors and sponsors

Job Requirements

• Ability to communicate and connect with all levels from fresh graduates to advanced level
• A strong team player to inculcate a fun learning environment and workplace
• Ability to articulate ideas, discuss options and execute on the agreed objectives
• Outcome orientated
• Excellent English verbal, written & interpersonal skills
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
