Job Description

• Advising and counselling students on higher education or career options based on their academic qualifications. 
• Recommending appropriate academic programs and institutions to students. 

• Convincing students to enrol in our partner universities. 
• Reviewing transcripts to ensure that students meet entry requirements. 
• Collect complete details of interested students as required by institution
• Transfer completed students’ portal applications to their respective institution. 
• Liaise with the client to obtain feedback on the quality of applications transferred. 
• Liaise with the digital delivery team in India/Malaysia to obtain the required number of quality leads 

• Upon transfer of applications, ensuring the student goes in for a campus visit. Follow the students for their campus visit whenever necessary. 
• If a campus visit isn’t possible, work on helping the students enrol. 
• Obtain required details from students in preparation for enrolment. 
• Serve as a liaison between the student and the university for placement. 
• Keep track of the students’ enrolment process until the first semester fee is paid. 
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students that have been provided to institutions. 
• Ensure the invoice is raised for each successful enrolment.
• Following up on the payments to be made. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors’ Degree 
• Candidate must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, preferably with an interest in the higher education industry. 
• Applicants with prior experience in student recruitment, student counselling, education counselling/marketing or sales are preferred
