Job Description

1. Responsible for service delivery planning, organizing and managing of service orders from customers.
2. Hold the role of a Project Coordinator for managing service orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
3. Managing all communications end to end with all relevant stakeholders including customers.
4. Responsible for timely update of service status in Customer Management portal.      
5. Responsible for coordination of shared resources for site works from technicians to materials inventory.
6. Active and close monitoring and update of daily reports of all orders assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Good with details and processes & systems and comfortable with intense operational works.
2. Abilities in multitasking and creative problem solving, and have a proactive attitude.
3. Customer oriented with excellent communication skills across all levels.
4. Diploma / Degree preferably in Telecommunication Engineering.
