Job Description

• To support and deliver in the execution of RA Roadmap and objectives.
• Perform end-to-end analysis and reconciliation for all product and services from source to billing to revenue recognition. 
• To work closely with product/ source owners to ensure process controls and alarms are in place to prevent and detect leakages along the revenue life cycle.
• To lead revenue leakage cases i.e. identify root cause, determine corrective/preventive measures, and ensure resolution carried out with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure completeness of all events/tasks in timely and accurate manner.
• Identify risk and financial impact for any changes in product and services including system configuration.
• Drive accuracy, timeliness and improve RA controls, processes and reporting.
• RA report submission. Provide summary analysis and total exposure for identified revenue leakage cases.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 years experiences in RA functions from telco industry.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP accounting system. Billing, technical and SQL knowledge an added advantage. 
• Very strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management and leadership experience. Good interpersonal skills.
• Dedicated and self-motivated to resolve issues at all levels and result driven.
