Job Description

• Plan, organise and facilitate technical (Certification of Completion and Joint Acceptance Test) and business (Request for Business) engagement with Building Management or Developer for new buildings with TIME Fibre Coverage.
• Being the single point of contact to attend customer’s complaints (if required) and external parties, including Building Management and Joint Management Bodies related to access of buildings for FTTx (GPON) activations.
• Work closely with Region Network Team for troubleshooting and service restoration for customer’s last miles (MDF room onwards).
• Plan and manage capacity upgrade, e.g. Splitter Upgrade, trigger incoming core upgrade, which include supervisory role to work with Service Installer to ensure network equipment (e.g. Splitter) and in-building cabling are performed according to the specification.
• Provide periodic operational reports and feedbacks on the ground related to Service Installer’s performance and issue to management for process improvement and corrective actions.
• Perform random audit on-site to ensure cable management, equipment management and installation procedures met the specification outlined in SOP. 

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Electrical Power or its equivalent (Certified charge man will be an added advantage).
• Excellent problem-solving, reporting and analytical skills. At the same time, have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize task with effective time management and a self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Require to be on 24x7 standby for dockets escalation.
