Job Description

The Work Life:
  1. Attain targeted sales goals and performance through the effective management of assigned VAP.
  2. Develop positive working relationship with VAP and execute all the sales related activities.
  3. Consistently provide sales enablement training to improve VAP’s competencies and effectiveness for sales engagements.
  4. Proactively monitor VAP opportunities and provide guidance or assist to strategise the opportunities to close the sales.
  5. Ensure the VAP sign proper contracts/agreements and manage partners conflicts.
  6. Closely coordinate company executive involvement with VAP and end customer management as appropriate.
  7. Study the market for newer trends, monitor pricing policies and report the same to the management.
  8. Works as a team player with internal teams from pricing, delivery, fulfillment, support and customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Job Requirements

All You Need:
  1. Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Business or Marketing.
  2. At least 2 years sales experience and excellent relationship building skills are essential. Experience in telecommunication industry is advantageous.
  3. Substantial experience driving concurrent projects and issues to completion with little direction and with a passion for ensuring a top quality customer experience.
  4. Excellent customer service, presentation, communications and negotiation skills, both written and oral.
  5. Takes ownership of work, strong time management skills, desire to learn, organized, detailed-oriented, discipline and results driven with excellent follow through.
