Job Description

To provide innovative and creative visual and campaign ideas for clients. To inspire and lead junior designers to expand and grow the vision of each project and ensure deliverable are met on time and of impeccable standard. You’ll need to have at least 1 - 2 years experience in this position.

Create conceptual and visual ideas and campaigns that suit the client interest and industry.
Determine how best to represent a concept visually.
Inspire, participate and lead in creative brainstorming sessions
Supervise design staff review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by staff members.
Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use.
Coordinate activities with other artistic or creative departments.
Present designs to clients/management for approval.
Liaise with suppliers and printers to ensure visuals are produced up to standard.
Ensure project timeliness and team discipline.

Job Requirements
