Job Description
- Perform daily accounting tasks of data entry and keeping orderly filing system
- Responsible of managing General Ledger, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Administer credit control/debt collection
- Assist in preparation of year-end audit.
- Monitor the cash flow movement
- Manage payroll administration and filling (KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, EA form etc).
- Responsible for others ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree/ Professional certifications in any field
- A minimum of 1 year experience in relevant field
- Knowledgeable in Autocount software and SQL payroll would be advantages
- Detail oriented
- Trustworthy with good sense of discipline
- Self - motivated, analytical, responsible to changes and can work independently.
