RESPONSIBILITY
Confidently and knowledgeably provide the full suite of the company's customer service offerings (eg booking, enquiries, shipment status, tracking etc) to all parties contacting our company via the customer service hotline and other contact modes. Expected to work on shifts. Act as the ICCC ambassador in creating the first positive impression in carrying the our company’s brand image.

Job Requirements
REQUIREMENT
- Good in English, must be able to articulate
- Candidate has to be a degree holder (any field), if Diploma it has to be more than 3 years duration .
- Candidate must have a valid SPM certificate with at least good marks.
- Candidates MUST have solid call centre experience, ideally in an environment that there are more than 100 calls per day per agent.
- Candidates who have won awards in CC are most welcomed to join our high performance Customer Service team.
- Candidate must be able to articulate their respective roles, the KPIs and the parameters behind the KPI, eg. Call Quality (what is measured under call quality)
