Job Description

Currently, we are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager in Penang to communicate and collaborate with the team and the product owners and with other key stakeholders.
You'll be joining one of the most impressive start-ups working on a blockchain-based logistics tracing system that have a positive impact on not just companies or industries, but the entire supply chains.
As PM you will be facilitating meetings with the team, including:
- Release planning
- conflict resolution
- Daily stand-up
- Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Backlog refinement
- Daily collaboration with product owners, technical teams and stakeholders
- Create and maintain a product backlog that represents the prioritised requirements of all stakeholders
- Articulating solution design and document interfaces (API, services, UI)
- Contribute to the test strategy
- Develop just-in-time requirements (user stories and acceptance criteria)
- Ensuring the development teams are practising the Agile principles
- Optimising the flow of work into and through the team by maintaining a consistent, predictable and sustainable rhythm and velocity, shielding the team from external interference, and controlling scope changes
- Internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Utilise specific tools such as JIRA & Confluence

Job Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Experience in full Project Management lifecycle – design, lead, implementation
- Experience in mobile App or Web project estimation and test schedule
- Solid knowledge in Continuous Improvement Management
- Experience in both Agile and Prince 2 methodologies
- Must have experience with JIRA technology or other Agile tools
- Attention to detail, include the code VEJTeD in your pitch
- Experience in Scrum or Kanban management
- IT or programming experience is a plus.
