You will be joining an exciting role as a Business Development Executive at Tayarlo, you will learn and explore how decisions are made, understand and improve your sales and marketing skills and knowledge along. The work is challenging and fast paced. You are extremely determined and have strong interpersonal skills

What you will do:
  • Develop and grow Tayarlo’s business on the front line
  • Plan and implement sales strategies
  • Generate leads and meet prospects to introduce and sell our products and services
  • Meeting and even going beyond the sales target
  • Responsible for sales target set by the Management.
  • Assist in developing sales and marketing strategies/activities.
  • Provide quality customer service with timely and effective service support.
  • Build good client relationships from our growing number of leads
  • Review market trend of the industry to determine customers’ need and appropriate marketing and promotional activities.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and make relevant recommendations
  • Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy
  • Ensure that new business opportunities are followed through to the very end, and closed with good business results.
  • Drive all aspects of sales and business development
  • Maintain and enhance existing customer base and develop new market opportunities
  • Any other related ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required by superior.
  • Responsible for the credit control of customers including timely and prompt collection.
  • Develop and maintain database of existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare required reports

  • At least 1 year experience in sales or customer-facing role

  • Confident and possess good discipline in completing tasks 
  • Possess own transport and prepared to travel
  • Basic computer skills
  • Can speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, & other Chinese dialects. English & Malaysia.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
