As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for the planning and fulfilment of campaigns, hitting sales targets, and growing the company. Your previous work experience will help you to be a beloved and compassionate leader who’s meeting the goals of the company. You delegate responsibilities to employees and provide oversight and direction.
You enjoy solving problems. You love creating and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and you don’t get easily disappointed. The most important feature of your job is to satisfy customers by delivering a product you are proud of. Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales
- Excellent English, in writing, speaking, and presenting
- Ability to write, speak, and present in Mandarin is a plus
- Advertising or agency experience is a plus
- Able to think on the go and be comfortable and adapt to any situation
- Diligent and works with the end goal in mind
- Constructive problem solver
- No politics, public or company politics
