About The Job

 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage enquiries and respond to enquiries within a specified timeframe and ensure high level of customer service and attention to details in addressing enquiries

  • Manage pipeline of sales enquiries with high level detail and responsibility of student enquiry through to student arrival in study centre

  • Push existing marketing strategies and promotions to students and delivery of conversion strategies to achieve revenue and targets

  • Conduct programme advisory discussions with students or family/friends of students, agents and school stakeholders advising on our portfolio of products

  • Manage student information and applications through our CRM system HubSpot and managing own emails, livechats and telephone calls

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders for markets that come under your targets as well as managing relationships with external departments to ensure smooth sales processes e.g. Admissions and Visa Compliance teams

  • Perform updates and maintenance of customer database 

  • Understand the scope of the business and industry to identify opportunities for business development and marketing to increase student enrollments

  • Identify trends and provide feedback to the marketing team on the marketing effort

  • Coordinate and liaise with other departments on accuracy of reports

  • Assist in providing weekly report for the management team 

Job Requirements

 
  • Fluent in both written and spoken (i) English and (ii) Mandarin or Malay 
  • Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills 
  • Proven team player with pro-active style, takes initiative and able to work under minimal supervision 
  • Responsible for achieving targets set for business growth 
  • Responsible for researching and self-learning 
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
