Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for day-to-day recruitment activities and strategies.
  • Helps to develop and maintains the recruitment process in the organization (Recruitment Central Module and not limited to its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
  • Proactive in hiring strategies and planning to ensure smooth daily business needs in recruitment.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions.
  • Helps to maintain organization staff by maintaining a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing interviews.
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and helps implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
  • Builds quality relationships with the internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies.
  • Executes the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
  • Help to manage and develop the team of HR recruiters.
  • In charge of employee onboarding programme and yearly budget

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Commerce from a recognised college/university
  • At least 6 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition with 2-3 years in managerial level 
  • Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy, including developing broad strategies, candidate management and interview process management for positions at all levels across the organization.
  • Advanced level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, compensation / salary trends, relationship management and due diligence.
  • Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practices.
