Job Description
As an EY teacher, you are expected to
- develop and deliver lesson plans, create positive learning environments,
- Build good, open communication with children, families and staff
- Develop strategies to guide positive children's behaviour
- Observe and record children's growth, development and behaviour
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe
- Help develop teaching goals for the centre and its teachers
Job Requirements
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience working at the Childcare or Kindergarten level
- Diploma or Degree in early childhood or any other relevant qualifications.
- Fantastic organisational and teamwork skills
- Passionate, flexibility and love for children
- Strong communication and time management skills
