Job Description

• Coordinate car fleet capacity and demand confirmation with back-end segments (mobile apps) and business team.
• Effectively monitor and manage operation expenditures and make recommendations on changes for improvement.
• Understand current work process flows and business logic (e.g. membership, charges, insurance, premium, vendors), analyze and make recommendations for process improvement.
• Develop and drive standardization in planning process, procedures and methods.
• Handle identification and development of productivity or optimization measures to improve performance within the planning horizon.
• Conduct capacity reviews such as understand operations plan vs actual plan and action plan. Ensure that supply plan is reflected in actual output and disposal management (if needed).
• Support operations data analysis and reports (e.g. demand planning, demand forecast, etc).
• Support the Operation Manager in overall operation needs. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferably in Operation Management or Supply chain management.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Experience as a planner involved with resource planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and through written reports.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
• Analytical, mathematical, attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills and problem solving skills.
• Ability to anticipate issues or challenges and resolving them quickly. 
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Docs.
• Held a Malaysian driving license for a minimum 2 years.
