Job Description
The role is essentially a project consultant role in a start up IT company. He/She is required to be excited about technology. Interns, fresh graduates or experienced hire (less than 3 years experience) are welcome.
Here's the job description breakdown:
- Analyze the clients business procedure of an organization and have to come up with appropriate solutions.
- Communicate with the different unit managers of the organization and have to take the information from them.
- Analyse the business procedure of an organization and have to come up with appropriate software for its automation.
- Train end users in specific modules of ERP, WMS & RPA application.
- Implement and configure software applications and problem solving.
- Provide post-sales support as needed.
- Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with customers.
- Assist clients with implementation and training
- Roughly 30% of your time will spent on Javascript and tech work. 20% will be on developing new ideas and processes for SmartB.
As we are a fairly new company, and the fact that we specialise in ERP, WMS and RPA, there's plenty of opportunity to move into different roles. This is also an accelerated program to eventually become leader in the company. :)
Job Requirements
- Must have a background in Javascript
- Analytical skills are crucial.
- Passion for technology - as we are not the usual Tech company.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- No work experience required.
- Own transport required
- Able to work independently
- 5.5 days week
- Salary varies depending on experience
- Attention to detail.
- Can start work immediately.
