Job Description

  
  • Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to the product
  • Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond    customer’s frustrations and solve customer’s problem.
  • Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer’s problem.
  • Conducting basic probing to determine the next action for any software related to    enquiries 

Job Requirements

 
  • Candidate must possess STPM, A-Levels, Pre-University, Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering or equivalent. 
  • Proficient in English with good communication skills. 
  • Comprehensive training will be provided upon employment.
  • Candidates who are IT savvy with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
  • Mandarin speakers are encouraged to apply.
