Job Description

• To prepare full set accounts, balance sheet, and profit and loss (P&L) report.
• To maintain timely and accurate inter-company transactions and perform regular Balances Sheet, and reconciliations.
• To supervise the daily basic accounting functions.
• To prepare and check monthly accounting journal entries to post into system.
• To check and finalize all companies financial statement within the imposed due date.
• To ensure all financial transactions are properly documented, authorized and recorded.
• To work closely with other departments to ensure the data accuracy of capturing into accounting system.
• To perform any other duties as may be designed from time to time. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available. 
• Must be able to read, write and speak Mandarin as the candidate will be handling our China accounts.
